I was fortunate enough to get an RSVP to the Robot Chicken Season 8 Party. The Party was held at Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn NY. When you arrived they gave tickets for 1 free drink and had a buffet style food table for everyone as well as 1 free game of bowling. They also had a couple giveaways including a Robot Chicken t-shirts and your choice of a Batman or Superman cape. I myself was partial to the Superman cape.
Around 8:00p.m. Seth Green and Breckin Meyer came out and introduced the DC Comics Special 3: Magical Friendship, but not before thanking Adult Swim and KFC for hosting the party. They aired the Special with the KFC/Robot Chicken adventure running as bookends to the show. When the episode finished people went back to bowling and dancing.
On our way out of the event we saw Green taking photos with a bunch of fans. After having spoken with him for a few minutes he grabbed my cellphone and took a photo with me and my friends. Green was really down to earth and genuinely interested in talking with everyone there. Check out the DC Comics Special 3: Magical Friendship on Adult Swim on October 18th 2015 airing at midnight.
