Spider-Man Isn't Certain For Avengers: Infinity War Says Tom Holland
Avengers: Infinity War feels like it is supposed to be the culmination of years of work at Marvel. In theory, it is going to be the movie where all the pieces come together after years of getting the universe in place.
However, it seems one key player isn't defintely in place. Marvel and Sony apparently went through a lot of work to get the character into the MCU, but according to actor Tom Holland, Spider-man shoudln't be considered as confirmed yet. Speaking to Variety about an appearance in the movie, Holland said about appearing in future Avengers movies:
It's all up in the air. I believe some sort of deal is in the mix, but I'm unclear as to what that deal is.
Infinity War is the future Avengers movie on the horizon, so we can probably guess he is talking about that one.
I'd be really surprised if Holland didn't turn up in the fight against Thanos, but really, there are so many contracts on the move here, it's easy to see how some heroes get left behind. I genuinely hope that isn't that case though.
