The Thing About That Fantastic Four Movie Thing Production Pic That Popped Up Last Night

You might have seen this Thing bust pic, purportedly from Josh Trank's Fantastic Four film in production, that started going viral last night.

Since it did indeed go viral, and was nicely timed right before the day during which WB/DC and Marvel Studios will absolutely block out the sun with the speed and magnitude of their own film news, it's tempting to think it was a planned viral.

But it looks like it may be an actual friend-of-a-friend type of leak.  The originator, @justifiedfilms, is now gone from twitter, and you don't dump a twitter account that you've been using professionally since 2010 over a fake or a gag, I wouldn't think.  So, maybe this really is what the Thing is going to look like in the Fantastic Four movie.
