Supergirl season 3 had some great pieces added to the universe but never quite figured out how to put them all together, leaving a disjointed narrative.

That's a surprising number of big things in one season. And that's not even mentioning the more personal stories like the flashback to young Kara and Alex, Alex (Chyler Leigh) ending her relationship with Maggie (Floriana Lima), Winn (Jeremy Jordan) reconnecting with his mother (Laurie Metcalf), and James (Mehcad Brooks) getting into a relationship with Lena[...]

Even though Supergirl hasn't wrapped up season 3 yet, I'm already calling In Search of Lost Time the best episode of the season.
