Champions #13 is a rather cut-and-dry-issue, but there are plenty of endearing moments to smooth out the edges and keep the plot going.

If you like Secret Empire, you’ll enjoy this. If you like X-Men: Blue, it at least makes its own protagonists look heroic. Otherwise, give this one a pass.
