Midtown Comics is offering seven exclusive variant covers in October, six of which will be out just in time for New York Comic-Con…

Death Of Wolverine #3 and #4 – Previously announced, the last two of their four connecting covers, but now in full colour. Cover art by J Scott Campbell with colours by Ula Mos. Due 1st October and 15th October.

Doctor Who 12th Doctor #1 – the first comic book featuring the new Doctor from Titan Comics. Cover art by Karen Hallion.

Thor #1 – spinning out of Marvel's Original Sin crossover and featuring the new female Thor. Cover art by Paul Renaud. Both due 1st October.

Sabrina #1 – the spinoff series from Archie Comics' runaway hit, Afterlife With Archie. Cover art by J. Scott Campbell with colours by Ula Mos.

Wytches #1 – the new Image series by Scott Snyder and Jock. Cover art by Snyder's artistic partner on The Wake, Sean Gordon Murphy, with colors by Matt Hollingsworth. And one of a number that Bleeding Cool have been collecting and reporting. Both due 8th October

Avengers & X-Men: Axis #1 – Marvel's latest crossover event featuring a painted cover by Mike Mayhew. And to keep with the theme of the front cover, they're doing something a little different from the traditional store ad that they usually run on an exclusive back cover. Due 8th October.
