DC Comics Super Sons Statue Teases By Prime 1 Studio

In 2017, DC Comics announced the "rebirth" of the Super Sons. This dynamic duo featured Bruce Wayne aka Batman's child Damian Wayne and Clark Kent aka Superman's child Jonathan Kent. These frenemies brought some hilarious banter and some wild adventures to the comic book pages. Super Sons only lasted until May 2018 with 16 issues and a single annual comic. The series was given another 12 part mini series starting in August 2018 continuing their tales. Their adventures might have stopped there but Prime 1 Studios is bringing the Super Sons back as they tease their newest DC Comics statue. We only get four images of this upcoming piece but man does it look heroic.

Both Damian and Jonathan are posed heroically on a dynamic base of rubble. They are both highly detailed wearing both of their costumes and very adorable. We do not know too much about this statue yet but it does look like Superboy will get a secondary head sculpt. This laser eye vision sculpt gives us just a taste of Superboys power and shows he is a valuable asset to the Super Sons. Damian is wearing his robin costume and at the moment it looks like no interchangeable pieces. I would not be surprised if Damian got a bow staff attachment for this statue though. This Super Sons statue is very well done and we are excited to see more. No release date or price has been given just yet but keep your eyes peel here for a full reveal. Check out the translated description and official picture from Prime 1 Studio below.

(Translated Description)- "It is a comic book that is recommended for the inside because it is a comical and easy-to-read "Super Sons" in which a naughty superboy and a clever Robin are very active. Keep an eye on evil braces!"
