Transformers Skywarp Gets a Makeover with Kotobukiya Bishoujo Series

Kotobukiya has done it again as they have unveiled their latest Transformers Bishoujo statue, bringing some iconic Deceptions to life. These are more than your average statues too, as each of these Bishoujo releases turns these bots into humans. A new high-flying Deception is joining Megatron, Starscream, and Thundercracker as the infamous Skywarp is here. Releasing as a Kotobukiya Shop Exclusive, schoolgirl Skywarp is here to help celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Bishoujo line. She will come displayed on a Deception log and will be featured in a tight-skinned outfit featuring Skywarp's signature colors. These gender-swapped human Transformers Bishoujo statues are indeed something else, and Skywarp will be released only through select retailers outside of Japan. Luckily, Sideshow Collectibles has US pre-orders already live for $170 with an October 2024 release. Look for some of the Autobot Transformers Bishoujo statues from Kotobukiya, with Optimus Prime and Bumblebee to help you finish the set.
