Lords Of the Fallen Is Getting A Game Of The Year Edition

I have no ill will to Lords of the Fallen. The game, which feels a fair bit like Dark Souls, came out last year to little fan fair. While it got middling reviews, I heard there was a group who enjoyed the game. I never quite got on with it, but I really liked the look of the art style and design at least.

However, I probably don't know anyone who would call it 'Game of the Year', which is exactly what publisher Square Enix have gone and done. Today they annoucned that Lords of the Fallen: Game of the Year Edition would be hitting next month.

This edition will come with the Ancient Labyrinth DLC, Demonic Weapons and Lionheart packs on top of new weapons and armor, so if you have ever been curious, perhaps this will be the version for you. It will launch on June 26. No price has been announced yet.
