Quarantine 2: Terminal Gets Poster And Plot Blurb
Hannah Shaw Williams writes for Bleeding Cool:
I'm going to keep this brief because the more I write about Quarantine 2 the more irate I shall become.
Here's the background in case you didn't know it yet: the original Quarantine was an American remake of Spanish horror movie [Rec], in which a local news crew become trapped in a quarantined building full of people infected with a sort of zombie rage virus.
[Rec] was very good.*
Quarantine was not.**
[Rec] 2 was released in 2009 to general critical approval and Quarantine 2: Terminal is released next week. The film stars Josh Cooke, Mercedes Masohn and Bre Blair, and Dread Central have just published the one-sheet synopsis and poster for the film.
Here's the story:
Quarantine 2: Terminal starts right after the events of the previous film at LAX, as passengers board a flight to Nashville. When a passenger becomes violently ill with a mysterious rabies-like virus, the plane makes an emergency landing at a large metropolitan airport. Jenny (Mercedes Masohn), a heroic yet inexperienced flight attendant, takes charge of the safety of her passengers.
Relieved when a swarm of heavily equipped emergency vehicles, police units and the CDC arrive, Jenny and the passengers soon discover that they have been quarantined and are now trapped. Desperate to escape, Jenny enlists the help of one of the surviving passengers, a kindergarten teacher, Henry (Josh Cooke), to devise a plan to survive.
This is the official poster for the film. It shows a woman in an aeroplane about to be attacked by a rage zombie, and that's all I have to say about that.
In more interesting news, [Rec]³ Génesis will be released later this year.

*Er… really? I thought it was pretty poor, myself.
*Well, you're right about that.
