The New Look For Marvel Universe – Age Of Ultron Spoilers

Here's the ad at the end of today's Age Of Ultron, laying out the lay of the new land, created by Wolverine and Susan Storm killing Hank Pym in the past before he created Ultron.

We have a world in technological lockdown, no Avengers, and characters taking new roles. Scott Summers is Cable, missing an eye, and in a relationship with Janet Van Dyne, the new Captain Marvel.IMG_0142

And Captain America got a promotion.

So what happened? It looks like it may be down to the Kree Skrull War. In the original, Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne investigated a mysterious island  where Kree outlaw Ronan The Accuser was planning to devolve the Earth, and summoned the Avengers.

Looks like this didn't happen, the devolved scientists weren't found and the "Alien Activities Commission" wasn't formed that went after Captain Mar-Vell, and the whole way the Earth entered the war may have been very different. Could the Illuminati not have visited the Kree or the Skrull? Could the battle have taken place on Earth, leading to the way the world is now?

Looks like we'll still have to wait for answers…
