Black Manta The First To Join 'Injustce 2' From New Pack

NetherRealm Studios and WB Games announced their latest pack of heroes to join Injustice 2 last week at Gamescom. Now we've learned that the first of the group to join the ranks of fighters will be Black Manta, one of Aquaman's greatest foes.

In conjunction with his release, the official Injustice 2 channel posted the trailer below, showing off his skills and ultimate ability. Honestly, after checking out the entire trailer, it seems Black Manta is more of a ranged fighter with some melee attacks thrown in. He relies heavily on the missiles that make up much of his weaponry and armament, so people who have been playing characters like Green Arrow should enjoy playing him as an alternative. Having the laser beam eyes and the jetpack isn't too shabby either. You can download him on September 12th, but for now, enjoy the gameplay trailer!
