Spyro Reignited Trilogy Gets a Nintendo Switch Listing in Germany

Oh, online retailers, we thank you for spoiling releases from every company equally, like the recent teaser for Spyro Reignited Trilogy. GameStop's German website posted a listing over the weekend for the Activision title, but this one publicized for the Nintendo Switch, being sold for 60,77 €. The most surprising aspect to this listing is that it says the game will be released on August 16th, 2019. The game has already been out on the PS4 and Xbox One since November last year, and people were curious as to why we never saw a Nintendo release date. Now we know one was in the works and the port was happening at a later date.

Considering the timing of it, we're guessing this was probably going to get announced during E3 2019 as a surprise from the company, but GameStop just blew that out of the water. Honestly, the release of Spyro Reignited Trilogy was amazing and shy of them screwing up the port, it will be a welcome addition to the Switch's library, so Activision really doesn't have much to worry about as far as sales and interest. They're most likely just down a single surprise in June.
