Here are the full details for today's Pokémon GO Community Day Classic for January 2024, which will feature Mareep:

Date and time: Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time
Featured Pokémon: Porygon will feature more frequently in the wild. Porygon initially won a poll that Niantic hosted to pick a Pokémon to feature during Community Day on 2020. Now, over three years later, it's back. It will feature its returning Community Day move. The evolution and attack details are…
- Evolve Porygon2 (Porygon's Evolution) during the event or up to two hours afterward to get a Porygon-Z that knows the Charged Attack Tri Attack.
  - Tri Attack details:
    - Trainer Battles: 65 power and has a chance of lowering the opposing Pokémon's Attack and Defense
    - Gym and raids: 75 power
Community Day Special Research Storyline: This $1 Timed Research will be available in the shop. Here is what Niantic has to say about this questline:
- "For US$1.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you'll be able to access the Porygon Community Day Classic–exclusive Special Research story. Stay tuned for when tickets for the Special Research story go live.
