Billy Graham, Missing From Netflix's Luke Cage Credits?
The Luke Cage TV show gives credit to the character's original creators. Archie Goodwin, George Tuska, Roy Thomas and John Romita.
Except… they appear to be missing one. Billy Graham.

Not the evangelical preacher, but the comic book artist. He inked the first issue of Luke Cage, Hero for Hire and either inked or pencilled every issue of the series' 16 issue initial run, wrote and co-wrote a number of issues as well and drew the first of the retitled Luke Cage, Power Man.

Missing credits is a common thing in comics-to-other-media adaptation. The difference with a Netflix show is that it could, conceivably, be altered with the flick of a graphic designer's pen.
