James Marsden is the Latest Big Name to Join Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
Go big or go home, we guess. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is turning into quite the production, but considering this is Quentin Tarantino none of us should be surprised. In the last 72 hours the movie has added a total of nine new cast members on top of the already announced cast members. Now Variety has learned that James Marsden and Julia Butters, of American House, will be joining the cast of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
While they didn't know exactly who Marsden or Butters will be playing, we do have an idea for other members of this cast.
Leonardo DiCaprio is Rick Dalton a former star of Western TV series while Brad Pitt will be his stunt double. Margot Robbie will be the late Sharon Tate and Al Pacino plays the agent of DiCarprio's actor. Variety also broke down some of the other roles in this movie.
Damian Lewis, meanwhile, will portray acting icon Steve McQueen, Luke Perry is Scotty Lancer, Emile Hirsch is hairstylist Jay Sebring, Dakota Fanning is Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme — a member of the Manson family — Clifton Collins is Ernesto the Mexican Vaquero, Keith Jefferson is Land Pirate Keith, and Nicholas Hammond is director Sam Wanamaker.
Burt Reynolds, Tim Roth, Timothy Olyphant, and others are also on the cast list, but we don't know who they're playing yet. So who is the next big name to jump on this project? We'll have to wait and see.
