Jim Gordon Arrests Penguin In The Latest Gotham Stories

We are less than a week away from the mid-season return of Gotham and from the trailers we see that Oswald Cobblepot / Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) ends up in Arkham Asylum, but how does he get there? Maybe this weeks Gotham Stories gives us the answer as Penguin goes to Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) for help only to be cuffed and taken away.

Gotham returns Monday February 29th on Fox.
