The Flash Speeds Its Way To A Full Season Order
The CW has given a full season order to The Flash. The series debut was the network's most watched premiere ever bringing in 6.1 million viewers (Live +3 data). The series based off of the DC Entertainment property and spinning out of the CW's hit Arrow stars Grant Gustin as the Scarlet Speedster and is filling up quickly with the Rogues that the comic series is famous for including next week introducing us to Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller).
The full season order was for an additional 10 episodes which will take it to 23 for the full run, the same as Arrow.
The Flash joins network mate Jane The Virgin, ABC's How To Get Away With Murder and Black-ish and Fox's Gotham as new shows getting full-season pickups.
