Things May Be Heating Up On Doctor Strange Movie

StrangeWe have an interesting report from Screen Daily about a release date for and shooting time for Marvel's upcoming film Doctor Strange. The report says that Marvel is in negotiations to film the movie at Pinewood Studios in May 2015 with a planned release date of July 8, 2016.

The film has a director in Scott Derrickson and Jon Spaihts is working on the latest version of the screenplay. As for the casting, the lead role has been rumored to be up from Johnny Depp to Jack Huston to Joaquin Phoenix… but no official casting has been announced but with over eight months until filming there seems to be a bit of time.

Neither Marvel nor Pinewood have commented on this report.
