How Thor: Ragnarok Should Have Ended
The folks over at How It Should Have Ended took on Thor: Ragnarok and came up with three alternate endings for the film that all seem pretty much in line with the story.
One ending includes Loki being Loki, making off with the Tesseract instead of bring back Surtur to help defeat Hela… that's a pretty bleak ending. Another involves Valkyrie using one of those taser things on Hela. They are remarkably overpowered. But my favorite was the last one that involves the cameo of Doctor Strange and ends with Thor having his hammer back, keeping his long hair and eye, Asgard being in one piece, and Hela falling for an eternity. Sure, it would be a much shorter movie. But it ends with Hulk and Valkyrie in a hot tub… which brings up the question: just what was the relationship between Hulk and Valkyrie?
And you have to give the writers credit, they used the Batman / Superman cafe bit at the end to delivery a pretty good Justice League burn by a Marvel character. Kind of fitting with how much better Marvel is doing than DC (other than Wonder Woman).
Thor: Ragnarok will be out on Digital HD February 20th and on Blu-ray March 6th.
