SDCC '15: Anarky And Mr. Terrific Will Appear In Arrow Season 4

We already learned that Neal McDonough will be playing the big bad for season 4 of Arrow, Damien Darhk… but tonight executive producer Marc Guggenheim told us that DC Comics characters Anarky and Mr. Terrific will also be appearing in the upcoming season. Greg Berlanti pointed out that their version of Mr. Terrific would be gay. This is in response to fans wanting more LGBT characters on the show.Diggle

Other questions answered are that Speedy will get a leather suit more fit to her. John Diggle is getting a helmet (As seen above) and Malcolm Merlyn will be back in the Dark Archer costume for episode #3 at least.
