Lana #1! The Ravishing Russian Sets Her Sights on Money in the Bank

Last night Aiden English came out and gave his vocal styling to the Ravishing Russian: Lana. Lana was set to take on Billie Kay of the Iconics.

I, for one, love Lana. If you watch Total Divas you've probably been privy to her struggle getting into the ring as a real, serious wrestler. I've admittedly become invested in Lana, and I'm happy to see her wrestling more. Lana's gotten some traction behind her as well, largely in part to her husband Rusev. But Lana is more than a fun catchphrase. She's an underdog, and if you watch WWE, you know how much they love a good underdog story.

This match was a Money in the Bank qualifying match, but it was hard to take the match seriously. English had some great comedic timing with his giant sign, which pissed The Iconics right off. This was to Lana's advantage, who manages to take them both down — and win! I was pleasantly surprised, but this match was one and done in less than five minutes. Regardless, I am happy for Lana. I hope she gets far in the Money in the Bank match.
