Do You Want to See John Barrowman's Spider-Man Impression?

Doctor Who star John Barrowman is undergoing plenty of media attention right now, thanks to Britain's biggest reality TV show, I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here.

While it's the Doctor Who series 12 finale tonight, it's also the finale of that show, with Barrowman competing against Emily Atack, and Harry Redknapp.  Fleur East, James McVey, Nick Knowles, Anne Hegerty, Rita Simons, Sair Khan, Malique Thompson-Dwyer and Noel Edmonds have already been ejected.

Indeed that final elimination led weekly mailing list Popbitch (which everyone should sign up to) to post the following this week.

We thought we'd have at least another week to write stories about Noel Edmonds before he came out of the jungle and was able to alert his lawyers to them, so it looks like we'll have to change tack and settle for John Barrowman stories instead.

Those who have had the pleasure of Barrowman's intimate company tell us that he is forever getting his pecker out and flashing it about. But it's not just the odd bit of willy-waving. He has it do party tricks too.

There was the time he used his erection to cut a birthday cake, for example (not into particularly neat slices, it must be said). Or the time he had it do a rather graphic impression of Spider-Man onto his breakfast bar for the amusement of friends.

Barrow-Man, Barrow-Man, does everything a Barrow can?

The stories of John Barrowman's propensity to pop out on set may have avoided Louis CK-style scenarios, by dint of them being aimed at everyone rather than any targeted harassment – and indeed it seems at the behest of others. To the extent that in the Doctor Who Series 4 wrap-party video, and parody of Victoria Wood's The Ballad of Barry & Freda, the Ballad Of Russell & Julie

…include David Tennant playing Russell T Davies with the line two minutes in 'I can't block out, please lock out images of Johnny B getting his cock out' following by John Barrowman full-face winking to the camera with a comedy gong sound.

With many similar reports – and apologies – over the years, before going onto the I'm A Celebrity show, reportedly Barrowman had to sign a flashing ban . But he still gave the spinoff commentary show a flash of his bum, Robbie Rodriguez-style.

Watch out, here comes the Barrow-Man…
