A Group Of Fans Are Planning to Remake Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic
KOTOR is now a classic in the RPG genre. A clear set up for the work Bioware would eventually do on Mass Effect, and the game still has a very dedicated fan base.
Speaking of, a section of that fanbase has now started work on a fan made version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic called Apeiron. Being put together by Poem Studios, the group are not going to be selling the game and isn't accepting donations, but they will accept your labour. If you did want to help out on the game, head over here…assuming EA or Disney doesn't call a cease and desist.
It's being remade in Unreal 4, so it should look pretty, mind. To give you a sneak peak at the work being done, here are a couple of screenshots.
