Dolph Lundgren Returns As Kovar's Plan Is Revealed On Arrow

The final season of flashbacks is winding down on Arrow, but there is still a big showdown between Oliver Queen and Konstantin Kovar and we see it building now as Gregor may be out of the picture, but Anatoly Knyazev must deal with Kovar's plan to overthrow the government. Dolph Lundgren returns tonight.
