God of War Creator David Jaffe Slams Beyond Good and Evil 2 Critics

Well, that's something you don't see every day. God of War's franchise creator David Jaffe took to Twitter this week to criticize Beyond Good and Evil 2 critics. To play a little catch-up, the word came out this past week that in order to play the game, you'd need an internet connection as the game would primarily be based online with no offline content. When the story broke here and across other outlets, people went nuts saying they had no desire to play the game without content that didn't require them to be online all the time. Which, after seeing this, Jaffe took to Twitter to call all of those critics "super entitled babies."

And then proceeded to talk about it more on the stream he references earlier in that post.

While we can see Jaffe's point of view on the subject, it is worth noting that even in this day-and-age where almost every gamer on the planet has an internet connection, not everyone has the money to afford a high-speed connection for games like Beyond Good and Evil 2, with a ton of data that would allow them to stay online all the time and not be overcharged. Just a simple thought that maybe Jaffe should mull over for a moment.
