Dynamite Unveils J. Scott Campbell Dejah Thoris Statue

Dynamite has a Kickstarter going on for a Dejah Thoris statue based on the work of fan-favorite artist J. Scott Campbell. The statue is taken from a cover by Campbell that appeared on the cover of Warlord of Mars #1, which features Dejah leaning against a Martian tiger wearing a variation on the somewhat traditional look the character has had over the years of a flowing purple skirt along with gold accoutrements and coverings.

This is part of the Women of Dynamite statue series, and with the Kickstarter you can get the statue for a discount over the retail price. The statue is also being offered in three variations, the standard edition, a black-and-white version that unique has the gold still being gold, and a bronze version.

Among the tiers that you can buy into, the lower-level tiers offer both digital and print graphic novels, and one that has the Art of Dejah Thoris hardcover art book. Then there are the tiers that offer the different statues, some that combine the statues in a deal and a mega offer that includes all three statues plus two versions of the Frank Cho Dejah Thoris statue. You can also do add-ons that includes a Vampirella statue.

As of this point, the project has been funded, so for the next four days this is a chance to get the statues below retail price. It comes from Rvckvs International and stands 8.5" tall and is 8" wide. If you are interesting in getting the statue or want more information, check out the campaign here.

And here are the three versions of the statue:
