Hasbro has just revealed the Transformers Beast Wars Predacon Collection, a sweet tribute to the villains of Beast Wars: Transformers. This groundbreaking CGI series, which premiered in the 1990s, helped revitalize the Transformers franchise by introducing a new generation of heroes and villains. Set millions of years in the past, the show followed the Maximals and Predacons (descendants of Autobots and Decepticons). Unlike today's bots, these villains transformed into animal forms rather than vehicles, blending organic and mechanical design in a way that became instantly iconic. Hasbro was sure to celebrate 30 years of Beast Wars with a fun new collection that showcases that legacy with seven detailed Predacon figures.
Each Beast Wars figure is capable of converting between beast and robot modes and will consist of Megatron transforming into a T. rex, Inferno transforming into a fire ant, and Terrorsaur transforming into a pterodactyl. However, the fun continues with Tarantulas and his spider mode, Blackarachnia and her spider mode, or Waspinator, who converts into a wasp, and Scorponok with secondary scorpion mode. Pre-orders for the Transformers Beast Wars Predacon Collection are already live on Hasbro Pulse for $219.99, and they are expected to ship out in June 2026.
