Bringing Baby Groot To Life For Marvel Fireside Videos

If you were one of the people who watched the Guardians of the Galaxy Fireside video that Marvel released last month, then you noticed that early on in the video, a song kicked in and the Baby Groot by the fireplace danced for a bit. Even though the room itself was a miniature, the Baby Groot was more to scale. In the video below we see how he was made and then animated through stop-motion. A nice little warm-up for the up coming film… get it, warm-up? Fireplace?
