Exclusive First Look At Duane Swierczynski's Ex-Con
As part of the Creators Unleashed line for Dynamite, Duane Swierczynski (Cable, Deadpool, Judge Dredd) is bringing his new series Ex-Con into the mix. Joined by interior artist Keith Burns and cover artist Tim Bradstreet, Swierczynski's tale is a hard-boiled crime story set in the late 80s L.A. drug scene. It follows con man Cody Pomeray after he gets out of prison and is called upon for a little favor by the man who kept him alive while he was incarcerated.
This series joins Joshua Hale Fialkov's The Devilers and Peter Milligan's Terminal Hero in Dynamite's new line of books geared towards the Image and Vertigo markets.
Ex-Con #1 will be in the July Previews and on sale in September.
