This is the revealed final cover art by Eric Hibbeler for the new Young Captain Nemo novel by Ben 10/ Dracula/ Shadowlands' Jason Henderson from Macmillan.

Pitched as Percy Jackson goes 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, the book stars the 12-year-old descendant of the original Captain Nemo who, armed with fantastical undersea tech, works to make the ocean a safer place one adventure at a time. The book is scheduled for release in March of 2019.

Eric Hibbeler, formerly of the MK12 studio, has done a lot of illustrations and box covers for board games like All Quiet on the Martian Front and the Mighty Luchador toys and comics.
