The Shop That Got A Superior Spider-Man Signing On KickstarterRyan Stegman, artist on Superior Spider-Man #1 will be sketching and signing at Legacy Comics of Laredo, Texas on January 9th, the release date of the comic.

How did such a small store get such a big name from out of state for a signing of such a prominent comic? Nepotism? Coercion? Bribery?

Yes, the last one of those.

The Kickstarter for the I Draw Comics project offered a store signing by Ryan Stegman for anyone

The small shop got the signing through a Kickstarter donation…. $500 got them;

Get 10 books, 10 pens, 10 decals, 3 hoodies and the name of your store mentioned on our website AND printed inside the book, then Ryan will personally come to your location and sign books, talk shop – whatever! Sounds like a pretty good deal! So on January 9th head to Legacy Comics, 5702 McPherson Rd, Suite 1, Laredo, TX 78045… nd bring every Ryan Stegman book you have with you to get signed!
