Things To Do In New York Friday If You Like Valiant Comics… And Coffee… Or Tea

What goes better with comics than coffee? Okay… I'm not a coffee drinker so maybe I'm not the one to ask. But that's okay as Valiant's new partnership with Oren's Daily Roast and Midtown Comics isn't for coffee this time… it's for tea.

Beginning Friday the 13th of June… always great to launch a new endeavor on Friday the 13th… the three companies are doing a three month-long celebration of Valiant's flagship hero. Available at any of Oren's ten Manhattan beverage locations fro a limited time is X-O Manowar Green Tea Blast. The drink is a mixture of frozen matcha green tea and vanilla… so cold which is nice for the summer.

With your drink you'll get a cup jacket that you can then take to Midtown Comics (Times Square, Grand Central or Downtown) and get a free Valiant comic book… while supplies last of course.

Also… if you present a Valiant comic at Oren's location you receive 10% off your next Oren's purchase.

There going to kick this whole thing off on Friday June 13th (sounds better that way) with a special, invitation only X-O Manowar Green Tea Blast Release party at the Oren's in Times Square from 3pm to 5pm EST. There will be Valiant comics and other surprise gifts courtesy of Midtown Comics.
