Joining the recent string of video games being delayed until later in the year, Iron Man VR has officially been pushed back as well. Several games over the past week have been given a kick back into the calendar year, many of them apologizing for not meeting their deadlines and saying they're going to spend extra hours finishing their games. And while we haven't heard a lot about Iron Man VR from Sony since E3, we assumed it was because of the way they've been doing business the past couple years in not revealing things until they wanted to.
Turns out we haven't been getting updates because the game is not completed yet. The word came down from the development studio Camouflaj on Twitter this morning, letting fans know that the game would be pushed back to May 15th, 2020. They didn't really give an explanation as to why it was happening, only that they made a "difficult decision" to do so.
In order to deliver on our vision and meet the high expectations of our amazing community, we've made the difficult decision to move Marvel's Iron Man VR to a May 15, 2020 release. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. You'll be hearing from us again soon!

Now comes the fun part in wondering what's left for the company to work on and how they're going to get there by May.
