'Lady Layton' Gets A New Name And A Worldwide Release Date

After originally being announced during the Japanese Nintendo Direct presentation, Level-5 decided to give full details on the game and expand on the release. The full title will now be Lady Layton: The Millionaire Ariadone's Conspiracy, and will be released worldwide on smartphones (instead of just in Japan) on July 20.

Today the company provided more info on the game through their website, if you don't feel like translating, here's a quick rundown. Even though the game is getting a release in Japan first on 3DS, you'll be able to translate it into English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, and Korean for the smartphone version, which will be released worldwide on the same day as the 3DS version. There's no dates or a timetable for the 3DS version of the game, but if they're already going worldwide on your phone, one would assume it wouldn't take much for a port to be made for the later half of 2017.
