The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to date of entry. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Distributing, LLC (the "Sponsor"), Twitch, Amazon and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including Loaded, LLC. ("Administrator") and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. By entering the 2021 Gillette Gaming Alliance Giveaway (the "Giveaway") and accepting the terms herein, you agree to be bound by the following rules ("Official Rules"), which constitute a binding agreement between you, on one hand, and Loaded, LLC ("us" or "we"), on the other. Us and any website companies sponsoring, hosting and promoting the Giveaway, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents are referred to as the Giveaway Entities. These Official Rules apply only to the Giveaway and not to any other event sponsored or promoted by the Giveaway Entities.

There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Giveaway. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. From April 5, 2021 through May 1, 2021 ("Entry Period"), entrants will enter by visiting https://gillette.com/gillette-gaming-alliance and providing their full name, Twitch username, email address and 18+ age confirmation to sign up. No purchase or other consideration is necessary to enter this Giveaway. The information provided by the entrant may be used to contact the entrant regarding the Giveaway.

The first twenty-thousand (20,000) entrants: Receive one hundred (100) complimentary Twitch bits. Because there is no uniform exchange rate or other way to set a uniform price for Bits, an approximate retail value cannot be assigned to the Bits being awarded as the prize; however actual retail price of the highest Bits denomination awarded will not exceed $599.99 during the duration of the Program.

Grand prize: One (1) winner will receive the opportunity to engage in a gameplay session, livestreamed on Twitch, with participating Gillette Gaming Alliance gamers (expected to be DrLupo, Deejay Knight and Lando Norris, but subject to change without liability to the winner). The prize gameplay session is tentatively scheduled to occur on May 15, 2021, provided that the final date and time will be scheduled after the Entry Period in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The prize has no cash value.
