Batman: Arkham Knight PC 'Interim' Patch Is Coming
The Batman: Arkhmam Knight PC situation is still somewhat of a mess. The port was taken down from Steam due to performance issues in order for developer Rocksteady to fix the troubled game. We currently only have a rough idea of 'fall' for when the game will actually return in a fixed state, but here is a little respite.
Rocksteady have announced they are putting out a patch in the absence of the full scale re-release that should make the game run a little better for those who want to play a little early. In a statement, Warner Brothers said:
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, Rocksteady and our partners are targeting an interim patch update for existing players to be released in August. This update will address many of the issues we listed in our June 27 update.
This obviously isn't the news most fans would have wanted to hear. They want the full game, but it is a step in the right direction. That is at least some good news.
