Last week, I made note that Fable Legends had missed it's Fall 2015 release window and that the promised public beta hadn't turned up either.
Well, we have some news on that. It's now been announced that the open beta has been delayed until Spring 2016. It was announced in this video from creative director David Eckelberry that the open beta and the final game were getting pushed "to continue to listen to feedback from our players and add features and polish that will make a real difference."

I am genuinely interested in seeing what Lionhead Studios have done with the franchise by making it an asymmetrical multiplayer game. I really hope this extra time is spent on really cracking the idea where others have fallen.
