World Of Warcraft Players Raise 2.5 Million For Make-A-Wish

mischief

The World of Warcraft community is one that I am proud to be a part of. Events like the annual Blizzcon convention is a great place to see just how many wonderful people participate in the on-line world of Azeroth. And then there are moments like this that shows their true generosity. To help raise money for the Make-A-Wish foundation, Blizzard made available both an in-game pet named Mischief and a plush toy version available through their store for the month of December. In that times, $2.5 Million dollars were raised for the charity that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions throughout the world.

That is quite an accomplishment and will go a long way to making some wishes come true.
