A Fearless Finn Balor Takes On Kane, But Takes A Beating

Oh no, Finn Balor, what are you doing?!

I guess since Bray Wyatt is out, the WWE needs to pin Balor against someone. During last night's Raw, Kane came out asking for a real challenge. Balor accepted the challenge, and honestly, I was a little shocked to see him. Sure, Balor fears no man — but this is one helluva David and Goliath matchup.

Balor is quick and agile, which works to his advantage. But Kane is imposing and can take a beating. And when he delivers a beating, he means it. Balor's quickness came in handy early on, but he needed more than his kicks to take Kane down.

Kane dominated this match, slamming Balor against the buckles and the mat, getting him in a headlock. He even managed to pin him more than once — which Balor kicked out of. Kane's attack on Balor's lower back was a good strategy, but Balor has heart and wasn't giving up anytime soon. Eventually Balor got him down with a slingblade, which turned the tables on Kane — but not for long. Kane brought him down with three choke slams, securing his win over Balor.

It's a hard pill to swallow, but I am impressed (proud, maybe?) by Balor. He isn't scared of anyone, and it's an awesome trait to have. Oh well; there's always next week, Balor!
