Impact Wrestling has severed its business ties with Jeff Jarrett and Jarrett's Global Force Wrestling via a tweet today. The beleaguered pro wrestling company placed Jarrett on a forced leave of absence back in September, but intimated at the time that Jarrett would eventually be back. Alas, that seems not to be the case, but hey — that Impact pizza is still on the way.
Impact Wrestling announced today that it has terminated its business relationship with Jeff Jarrett and Global Force Entertainment Inc., effective immediately.

Unfortunately for Impact, the termination of their relationship with Jarrett comes just months after the company rebranded as Global Force Wrestling and replaced its championship belts with GFW ones. Impact returned to using the Impact name after putting Jarrett on leave.
Jarrett was brought in after the company was sold to Anthem Sports & Entertainment following a failed takeover attempt by Smashing Pumpkins vocalist Billy Corgan. The company has had PR trouble due to losing several prominent wrestlers from its roster following the buyout, its champion, Alberto El Patron, being involved in a domestic violence investigation with his fiancée, WWE wrestler Paige (the case was eventually dropped), and a long and drawn out public dispute with Matt and Jeff Hardy over the Hardys' "Broken" gimmick.
And now, he's gone again. And only one question remains: who gets custody of the karatbars?
