A Look Inside Featurette For The Girl On The Train
Universal Pictures has just released an inside look featurette for The Girl On The Train. Tate Taylor directs the adaptation of the Paula Hawkins novel. It stars Emily Blunt, Haley Bennett, Justin Theroux, Rebecca Ferguson, Luke Evans, Laura Prepon and Allison Janney.
It tells the story of Rachel (Blunt) who is divorced and takes the train everyday to work. The train passes by her old house where her ex-husband still lives with his new wife and child. Rachel becomes obsessed with a couple that lives a few door down from her ex, seeing them as the perfect couple. Then one night, the woman of the perfect couple goes missing and Rachel becomes a suspect.
Everything about it says 'dark and twisted thriller'.
The Girl On The Train opens October 7th.
