We're a little under two months away from the release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and Lucasfilm and Disney have finally dropped a final trailer for all of us to see. We get to see a ton of new footage this time around including a lot of footage of Adam Driver as Kylo Ren and finally some footage of Kelly Marie Tran as Rose who has been all but absent from the marketing thus far.
The official Twitter account also shared a final poster for the new movie that features more or less all of the main characters and a nice blue and red color scheme because of course it does.
Tickets for this final entry in this version of the Star Wars universe are now on sale and already breaking a bunch of records according to Fandango and Atom Tickets. Now, who here is emotional about Star Wars? Because this writer sure is.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, directed by J.J. Abrams, stars Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong'o, Domhnall Gleeson, Kelly Marie Tran, Joonas Suotamo, Naomi Ackie, Richard E. Grant, Keri Russell, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, and Billy Dee Williams.
It will be flying into theaters on December 20th, 2019.
