Tom Holland Reveals His Favorite Prop On 'Spider-Man: Homecoming'

One of the key aspects of Peter Parker is that he's a giant nerd. We knew that when he made the crack about Empire Strikes Back during Captain America: Civil War. Thanks to a featurette over at IGN we now know what was star Tom Holland's favorite prop on the Spider-Man: Homecoming set and it says a lot about Peter Parker.

"My favorite prop in the film, I think, was the Lego Death Star. You know, because it was delicate, and we only seven of them. And we had to break them. And Jacob [Batalon] kept breaking them too early, so it was hilarious. It was a lot of fun."

Of course Peter would have the LEGO Death Star. That set is insane and would take more than one friend to make so, of course, he needs to enlist Ned to help him. On a personal note watching them break that set in the trailers makes me a little sad because of the amount of time it must have taken to make those. Marvel can use Disney in its movies now; might as well take advantage of it.

Summary: Following the events of Captain America: Civil War (2016), Peter Parker attempts to balance his life in high school with his career as the web-slinging superhero Spider-Man.

Spider-Man: Homecoming, directed by Jon Watts, stars Tom Holland, Robert Downey Jr., Marisa Tomei, Donald Glover, Zendaya, Tony Revolori, and Michael Keaton. Swing on down to your local theater and check it out on July 7th.
