Trailers For New Fox Shows Gracepoint, Hieroglyph, Wayward Pines And More

Believe it or not, there are other new shows coming to Fox this fall other than Gotham.

There's not quite as much hype for these other new series, but there's plenty to find intriguing.

The first trailer for Gracepoint, featuring David Tennant sort of reprising his Broadchurch role, and Breaking Bad's Anna Gunn, looks really good. Then again, I haven't seen Broadchurch.

Rainn Wilson doesn't exactly channel Dwight Schrute to play the titular detective in Backstrom, but the deadpan tone is about the same. This looks kinda like Fox's Rake. Let's hope it survives longer.

Hieroglyph is set in ancient Egypt, but it looks like there will be a supernatural twist. It also looks like it's taking itself very seriously.

Empire looks juicy and soapy and fun, and Taraji P. Henson looks amazing.

I've seen a lot of comparisons to Twin Peaks from this glimpse of Wayward Pines, and I admit it does make me want to revisit Twin Peaks. Killer cast though, could this be M. Night Shyamalan's comeback?
