Former WWE Star Brian Christopher Dies by Suicide: Report

Former WWE Superstar Brian Christopher, best known to the world as Grand Master Sexay, part of the tag team Too Cool with Scotty 2 Hotty and Rikishi, has reportedly passed away. Christopher was rushed to the hospital after hanging himself in jail, where he was being held after an arrest earlier this month for DUI and evading the police.

The son of wrestling legend Jerry "The King" Lawler, Christopher (whose real last name was Lawler) was a former WWE Tag Team Champion and won than three dozen titles in Memphis-based USWA. As a member of Too Cool, Christopher was a staple of WWE's Attitude Era.

Pro Wrestling Sheet reported that Lawler hanged himself in his jail cell and was taken to the hospital, though they were unable to officially confirm his rumored death, and TMZ reported that Christopher was on life support. The Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer, however, reports that Christopher has died, and some of his fellow professional wrestlers have already begun paying tribute on social media, including Lance Storm, Frankie Kazarian, and The Blue Meanie.
