Jon Matthews Sculpts The Latest Batman: Black And White Statue

I have attempted many different art forms and can at least get a fell for it. The one that astounds me and I think is completely out of my wheelhouse is sculpting. The idea of taking a bit of clay and molding it into a three dimensional representation of something… that is an amazing concept. Here we see the new DC Collectibles – Batman: Black & White statue designed by Kim Jung Gi and sculpted by Jon Matthews. The video is a sped up viewing of Matthews putting the whole thing together.

This statue is slated to be in stores May of 2017.
