Step into the DC Multiverse once again with McFarlane Toys as they debut a new exclusive figure. Walmart Collector Con is arriving on October 10th, and with it, a massive selection of exclusive DC Comic figures. One of which is a new 2-Pack featuring the return of the Spectre and Atom Smasher. The Spectre debuted in More Fun Comics #52 (1940) and was created by Jerry Siegel and Bernard Baily. Jim Corrigan was a murdered cop who was resurrected by a divine force to become the Spirit of Vengeance. On the other hand, Atom Smasher, originally known as Nuklon, first appeared in All-Star Squadron #25 (1983) and was created by Roy Thomas and Jerry Ordway. He is the godson of the Golden Age Atom (Al Pratt), and he gained similar size and strength manipulation abilities.

This 2-Pack seems to throw the two DC Comics figures together, but they did join forces in the 1999 Day of Judgment comic arc. Fans can now tackle this magical crisis event once again with the return of the Spectre, who features a soft goods cape. Atom Smasher will be a mega figure release towering over your other DC Multiverse figures. This exclusive DC Multiverse 2-Pack set is priced at $79.99 and will arrive on 10/10 for the Walmart Collector Con.

DC Multiverse – Atom Smasher and Spectre 2-Pack

"Jim Corrigan is The Spectre, the mystical embodiment of divine wrath. Torn between his desire for revenge and his destined role as an instrument of justice, Corrigan fights both the evils of the world and his own baser human impulses. The only being on Earth capable of holding his own against the Anti-Monitor, The Spectre buys Earth's other heroes precious time to execute their ultimate plan to save creation."

"A true legacy hero, Albert Rothstein is the godson of Golden Age hero Atom, and grandson of Super-Villain Cyclotron. Albert decided to use his inherited powers for good, calling himself Nuklon and becoming a founding member of the young Super Hero team Infinity, Inc. After the team disbanded, Albert joined the Conglomerate and then Justice League America. Eventually"
