Christopher Reeve's Superman Finally Lands At Mezco Toyz Today

The heroic Superman Day is finally upon us and Mezco Toyz knows how to celebrate. The long awaited Christopher Reeve's Superman will be getting his very own One:12 collective figure. This figure was teased during New York Toy Fair 2020 and it looks like we have our answer. The figure will go live tomorrow at 1 pm and most of the figure has been kept under wraps. Mezco Toyz did give us a quick glimpse showing off the Christopher Reeve's face sculpt and the suit. From what we can see the iconic Superman curl will be there and the suit is of course fabric. Fans of the Superman film will know the simplistic nature of the suit and will be excited to get their hands on it. I am more curious about what else will be included with the figure and I'm clueless about what they have in mind.

The Superman 1978 Edition One:12 Collective Figure from Mezco Toyz will be priced at $125. The figure is set to go live at 1 pm eastern today (Friday, June 12th – Superman Day) here. With a $125 price tag, something more will be included whether it's special packaging a nice variety of added accessories this is one figure fans will not want to miss. I would love to see a secondary outfit and head sculpt letting fans switch between Superman and Clark Kent. With the posing rod and the base, it would be truly a wonder to be able to create such an iconic scene with this figure. This will also beg the question of if we will start seeing more characters from Superman films. General Zod would be a perfect companion piece for this figure so fingers crossed that we can see one in the future. All will be revealed later today so make your clicking finger are ready as this figure will sell out.
