Boom! Studios Turns To Diamond For International Distribution

Studios has signed a deal with Diamond Comic Distributors that allows them to distribute the publishers products to international markets including bookstores, mass-market merchandisers, libraries and other outlets worldwide. Diamond already serves as the publishers distributors for products to comic book specialty shops.

"We're incredibly pleased to have Diamond Book Distributors take on BOOM!'s international book and mass market business.  Kuo-Yu Liang, Scott Hatfill, and the rest of the Diamond Book team have done an incredible job over the last few years opening new markets abroad and it did not go unnoticed at BOOM!" said Vice President of Publishing  and Sales, Filip Sablik, "The BOOM! Philosophy is to always work with the best partner for each aspect of our business and this agreement is a testament to Diamond's excellence in the international markets."

The deal excludes Canada, UK, Ireland and U.S. territories, possessions and military bases world wide. BOOM! is distributed to those channels in the U.S. by Simon & Schuster; in Canada by HarperCollins Canada, and in the UK and Ireland by Titan.
